Though he is deeply bonded with Eskişehir, Ahmet Güven is originally from Ankara.


During his university education, he had the opportunity to work for Smithsonian Institution in the USA, in Washington D.C. Living and working in the USA, gave him a chance to improve his skills and experience the excitement of learning about new cultures and traveling.

In the following years, he attended a precious teacher training in the UK which was focused on teaching English to young children.

In 2014 he had the honor of representing his country at a workshop organized by the European Commission in Bergen, Norway. 

He completed his master's degree in Educational Administration, Inspection, Planning, and Economics in 2012. He completed his second master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction field at Osmangazi University in 2021. 

In 2021 his book " Anne Bu Cat* Değil mi?" was published. His book examines the subjects of mother tongue acquisition and second language education. In the book, he also tells about his son's process of growing up as a bilingual kid. 

As an enthusiastic English language teacher, Ahmet Güven is proud of receiving Teaching Knowledge Test Certificates from University of Cambridge after successfully completing the requirements.

He is currently doing his Ph.D. in the field of Curriculum and Instruction.
